Division Track Results

21 student competitors from grades 6 to 12 plus three student volunteers headed out to Meadow Lake today for a beautiful day of Track and Field. At least 15 of those qualified to move on to Districts next week. Seven students will be representing Pierceland in discus, 5 in javelin, 4 in triple jump and one each in hurdles, long jump,  100m, 200m, 400m, 1500m, and 3000m. Everyone showed great sportsmanship and represented their school well. A special congratulations to Darla who placed first in three of her events - shot, javelin and discus. A special thank you to the three volunteers who helped run the discus event all afternoon - Reece, Meghan and Dusty - Lynn and to the parents who came out to watch and cheer on everyone!
